Consulting and Training
The Focus of our Work is employee and organisational development.  Our understanding of organisational cultures derives from several years of working with very different organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors.  It is supported by research and reflective practice.  Our services and training programmes are normally delivered in the client-organisation, and they are scheduled to meet the needs of local culture and working practice.
We design interventions to meet the particular needs of each client organisation. Our work includes:
	·       Coaching, Counselling and Mentoring. ·       Mapping, analysis and facilitation of organisational processes. ·       Contracting processes ·       Management Development and Management and Clinical Supervision. ·       Team Building, Transition Management and Personal-Professional Development. ·       The design and delivery of workplace training and development programmes.
Training & Development Programmes	These programmes are specially designed to meet organisational needs and are rooted in the ongoing working practice of employees.  They can be brief or longer term and can lead to a Certificate or Diploma accredited by the University.  We also relate the programmes to the requirements of relevant professional bodies. For example, the Diploma designed for the Employee Assistance Professional has a high level of accreditation by the EACC whilst the Organisational Counselling Diploma leads to BPS and BACP exemptions and personal portfolio recognition respectively. There are also Diplomas in Case-Management and inCoaching, Counselling and Mentoring. At postgraduate level there is an M.A.: Supervision in Context. This M.A. can be applied to a range of Supervision contexts including clinical and management. Programme details are planned in relation to the needs and interests of client organisations. Where appropriate, training is accredited by the University.
